THE RIGHT FINISH FOR A CHOKER
Hi everyone! I am having a bit of trouble finding the right closing for this choker. It is supposed to have another layer just like this on the top. So it will be, this style twice. and I dont know how to finish it!!! :-( I know a lot of you have GREAT ideas and I REALLY are in need of one right now. In response to your question about clasps -- I tend to use toggle clasps and Hook and Eye clasps predominantly for several reasons. I feel like they are more "finished" looking, elegant, and not to mention come in so many styles that it is hard to get bored with them. I also tend to use these two clasps because they are easier for folks who purchase my designs to use (good for folks with arthritis, or who have a harder time with the springring/lobster claw clasps). And finally because I tend to use gemstones and love the chunkier/heavier look - the toggles/hook and eye can carry the weight of the stones the best.
